Ai Yori Aoshi Original Series:

Karou Hanabishi and Aoi Sakuraba are each successor of their respective clan who are owners of huge industries in Japan. They met briefly when they were small when their parents and grand father agreed to an arranged marriage. 18 year later, things are very different for both them. Aoi have fell in love with Karou every since she first met him at age of 5 and spend her entire life preparing to become Karou's wife. Karou on the other hand, have suffer too much pain and anguish at the hand of his grandfather and left the Hanabishi clan to live on his own and is now a college student in Tokyo. The story begins with Aoi coming to Tokyo to look for Karou without seeing Karou for 18 years and accidently meets Karou at the train station without knowing who he is. Karou helps Aoi locate the address she has but nothing is there. Since it was raining, Karou took Aoi back to his apartment nearby and while Aoi was explaining using an old photo, Karou realized the person she was looking for is no other then himself. Thus, their fated meeting spins a sweet and warm romance.

ENISHI Series:

Two years after meeting Aoi, Kaoru and gang are still up to their normal habits. Koaru now in grad school and the tenents being as rowdy as ever what will become of Aoi and Kaoru's love. Two years has passed since Aoi and Kaoru were freed from the bonds of their families. They continue to live their normal lives with their usual friends in their house.
